You’ve got a video of a very specialised fix that you want your customer to see but nobody else. You’ve got a manual that’s just too big for email, or a software upgrade for a device that can’t and won’t be sent by email, what do you do?
Sharing videos, photos and files on the internet is often one of the biggest problems that resellers and online traders can face.
Email programs only allow a certain size or type to be uploaded (even the very flexible Gmail), YouTube is just a bit too open for people and you don’t want to be giving out your IM address to everybody so sending it via Skype/Gtalk is often out.

Many customers email us for help with MMS. They have heard about the potential for sending sound, video and picture files with their cell phone and want to do it, either that or they want to surf the internet using the WAP service. Don’t you hate it when somebody gets into your phone’s settings and ‘accidentally’ changes the settings so that they’re in some obscure language, like Latin, Ancient Egyptian or Klingon.
Thankfully, if you’re dealing with a phone from China in most cases go about things in a similar way and usually use either the MediaTek 6225 chipset or the MediaTek 6235 chipset. So, there are some things that will be in the same place (one of them being the language setting).
